I just did my form 1 and submitted as Century Arms, it was approved in about 13dys. The box asks for Manufacturer or Importer so Century Arms - the importer - entered in that field wouldn't be an issue. I also run an EO Tech 512 HWS on top of a B&T mount, which gives a perfect sight picture for use with the Magpul stock. Like.Thinking something like the Choate. Ish length should be fine though. A quick google search of MP5K specs (since it's not newer to the market) is 23.5" with the Choate stock or 22" with the B&T folder.
