A day here and there they have been a little tough, but for the most consistent bite, they have saved our butts on more than 1 occasion. Today we were in less than 20 feet of water for the duration of the day and we had biters all the way until the final whistle.We were deep, greater than 30 feet of water and that is a big change from the shallow Walleyes and Big Perch that we had been chasing. I am assuming that we will be deep now for the duration of the ice season except for those days that we go for Walleyes!
