Here are some points I've verified. - There's no power reaching the controller. Wire #1 in the vehicle-side controller harness tests at 0 V. - Wire #1 in the vehicle-side controller harness is intact and has electrical connectivity from the harness to pin C, port B of the isolation module. - Power is reaching the isolation module as expected.So lets say you want the plow to angle to the left. You will need the 12v to go from your controller via pin #2 to coil S5 and also via pin #7 to activate the motor solenoid. But if you want the plow to scoop. You need S3, S4, and S6 all to shift - so pins 4,3, and 1 all needed along with pin 7 to run the motor solenoid.B. Oct 21, 2022 · Need help no power to fisher plow controller on a 2009 ford F250, 3 port 3 wire. Bought new controller which did not fix issue. When controller is plugged in to harness I lose 12v at the twin 10a fuses/power into module. so i thought the controller was shorting something out in the module. Checked power/gnd at 6 pin and all good when not connected. The small wire is what tells the solenoid to send the power to the pump on the plow. If you jump that solenoid ill bet the plow pump will run. Im confident that big red power supply has nothing to do with your controller and if you left that unplugged everything else would power up. Now, going back to your controller, its needs power from 2 places.You should hear a clicking noise. If not, check and make sure the screws holding it in are well grounded. Also, make sure the little wire going to the little post on the soleniod has power when the switch is activated.
