Ge xl44 range

Hi, I have a GE xl44 model # jgbs23bea5wh gas range. The problem is the oven flame is very low. I replaced the ignitor which didn't solve the problem. I thought I would replace the Valve pn# AP3423440 next. I would like to know if the safety valve could cause this problem or what I can do to trouble shoot this problem. Thank you.
