No heartbeat but hcg levels are rising. Omg ladies I need some help and prayers as this would be my 4 mc in a row. I went in a few days ago for an ultrasound and baby was measuring 6 weeks and 1 day. I was pretty dang sure I should have been 7 weeks and 1 day. They couldn’t find a heartbeat so the doctor say it looked like baby died a week ago.
