Yeah no, definitely not a web app. Would have to find a way to import a list of songs, upload said list, and compare to songs on spotify. I guess you could just have users upload a file containing a list of all songs and then just give a list of songs that are on spotify, but then users would have to add every song individually. Idk man.

The reason it isn't appearing is probably because your beatmap grouping is set to display only your maps (the mp3 you just imported doesn't have a creator set yet).The image/video will automatically be copied into the song folder, and will be included when submitting your beatmap.
