FOREWORD. This document describes the process of removing and installing the John Deere 48C (48-inch) mower deck with rotatable anti-scalp wheels on a 2012 John Deere X500 tractor. But, you say, there are instructions for performing these steps in the John Deere Operator’s Manual. Why re-write them here? This is a fair question.
