I do a lot of scav runs on shoreline and take similar routes so I know where and how many Scavs could be there. However, if there aren't any Scavs present in a given area, I'll never find any bodies. Sure, maybe there were no scav spawns in that spot, but this is every time. I've never gone to the weather station and found 3-5 dead Scavs.
