Been having cox outages at least once a day in La Mesa for the last week. Most often between 5-7pm. City Heights is out as well. Their website on mobile doesn't even acknowledge that there is an outage. They're pretty unstable most of the time. At point, I'm willing to pay a bit more for lesser speeds with AT&T.
