K. Hovnanian Homes are very nice homes, and Standford Park is a lovely area, near highway 75. As for the construction of the home, the builder and sales person's do a great job keeping you informed on the progress of the build. This was my second home purchase, and the KHOV team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
