Linville Caverns is the only cavern tour in the state, to my knowledge, which makes it kind of a fun stop for those that like to visit these types of tours that are all across America. This is a fairly small cavern tour, and I expected that going in. It clocks in around 30 minutes in duration and follows a path with handrails most of the way.
