The good pop-up means you get kicked from the billing system before it tries to charge your card. If you'd put in enough invalid information you would've gotten the bad pop-up, which shows an invalid card. A bad pop-up doesn't necessarily mean you failed. There have been false positives. But Pearson is unlikely to refund you if you passed.I took mine today as well. Got 127 questions and got the good pop up saying I was already registered for a test. Previously, once you completed your NCLEX test, you could immediately log back in to Pearson Vue and attempt to register for the NCLEX again. If it allowed you to do so, you failed.
