Panorama and horizon test results

My husband, and I have been going back and forth on whether or not we should do the test. The biggest factor right now is cost and I have read several reviews online that some people were told they could pay the upfront cost of $300 but then received several high unexpected bills, or their insurance was billed $8000-$10,000 for the two tests.

I had my blood taken for both the Natera Panorama and Horizon Carrier tests November 18th at my 11 week appointment. Got my results back quickly and all was good with the world. Fast forward to yesterday and I received two bills in the mail directly from Natera.
