Despite that, I’ve never personally recommended them to any of my patients. (And no, it’s not just because I don’t like having a big bucket of rice lying around.) Eventually you'll be really good at doing 100 bodyweight squats, but you'll have made zero progress toward being able to squat 2x your bodyweight under a bar.
