It's not as crazy as the WOTR secret end where getting that blind would be like throwing a dart at the earth from the international space station and hitting a bulls eye on the board in a specific bar in Manhattan, but it's still pretty exacting requirements to expect to get all of without even knowing what you're aiming for.
